Additional Policies

This page consolidates ELDR Group's supplementary policies governing use of our publications, services, and professional engagement. These policies apply across ELDR's operations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria.

ELDR Signal Subscription Policy

ELDR Signal subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Subscriber credentials may not be shared with non-subscribers. Redistribution of subscriber-only content — including ELDR Briefs, ELDR Reports, and Signal Premium exclusive pieces — in any form is prohibited without prior written consent from ELDR.

ELDR reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for policy violations without refund. Subscribers who believe they have received incorrect charges should contact intel@eldrinc.com.

Conflict of Interest Policy

ELDR's intelligence and research publications are produced independently and are not sponsored, commissioned, or subject to editorial approval by the entities they cover or reference. ELDR's advisory and consulting services are provided to institutional clients; no client relationship influences the editorial content of ELDR's published research.

ELDR analysts and advisors are required to disclose personal financial interests that may relate to the subject matter of publications or client engagements. ELDR does not permit analyst compensation to be linked to the content or conclusions of specific research publications.

Corrections and Retractions Policy

ELDR is committed to accuracy in its published research. If you identify a factual error in an ELDR publication, please contact intel@eldrinc.com with the specific correction requested and supporting evidence. ELDR will review corrections requests promptly and publish corrections or clarifications where warranted. Material corrections to published research will be noted in a clearly labelled addendum to the affected publication.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

ELDR Group Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in all forms. ELDR and its personnel are prohibited from offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence business decisions or government actions. This policy applies across all jurisdictions in which ELDR operates and to all business relationships including clients, contractors, partners, and government officials.
